Queen of the Hill Drive Guides (Optional)

  The Queen of the Hill Drive Guides aid in helping the pitcher realize if she is driving efficiently with the back leg. 

With the guides clipped on the training rubber (like the picture), the pitcher will then place their foot between the guides....make sure you leave approx 1" on both sides of her shoe when begiining. As your pitcher progresses you can cut that gap down to 1/2". She then will go thru full delivery or a drill that your instructor gives her.

 The best thing is? The guides will give her instant feedback when she goes through her full delivery or drill. If they get knocked off by her turning her foot....Well she's got some work to do. If they stay attached......BOOOOM! Victory!

If the legs are inefficient your pitcher will never realize her full potential. 

The Queen of the Hill Drives are used with the Queen of the Hill Trainer.
