How long will my GFS Trainer last?

We take great pride in providing our customers with quality products that are built to last! The base of your trainer will last seasons upon seasons. We offer replacement parts and kits under our 'Shop' drop-down if you are seeing ware and tear on your trainer. 

Do I have to purchase a new trainer for each of the trainer models?

Although we won't stop you, you absolutely do NOT need to purchase a full trainer for each version of our trainers. We offer Interchangeable kits under the 'Shop' drop-down to change your Trainer from one version to another. All kits include the proper tools needed to use the kits. 

I train with both baseball and softball players on pitching and hitting, do I need to purchase a King of the Hill, Queen of the Hill, and a King of the Swing separately?

No! You can purchase Interchangeable Kits for each version of our trainers to switch from King of the Hill to Queen of the Hill to King of the Swing under the 'Shop' drop-down.

Why are there two springs included in my package?

The blue spring that is installed in the trainer upon arrival is the beginner spring. The gold spring included is an advanced spring used once you have completely mastered each level of tension on the blue spring. We HIGHLY recommend taking the time to move through each level slowly and completely to ensure you have mastered and are using the proper mechanics and are not compromising the health of your arm/body. 

Where do I put in my coupon code?

There is a discount code box to apply your code in the shopping cart. If your device does not support this feature of our site, you can find the coupon code entry in the 'Payment' section at checkout. 

I am trying to purchase a bundle, why is my coupon code not working?

Unfortunately, we do not accept coupons on top of the discounted bundle price. If you have a coupon code that is greater than the discounted price of the bundles, please add each item to your cart separately and apply your discount as you generally would. 

Do you offer any payment options?
We do! You can choose the Afterpay option at checkout to purchase your trainer in 4 interest-free installments. Once your order is complete and submitted on your site, your trainer will be sent right away! 

Do you take PO's? 
We no longer take PO's. If you need an invoice to turn in for approval, please email us at info@groundforcepower.com and we will set up an order for you and email you the documents you need to purchase. 

Training 

Why is ground force so important in pitching/hitting?

How long does it take to see improvement with the GFS Trainers?

Most of our customers see immediate improvement once players are able to feel their bodies in action on the Trainer. In our experience, we can confidently say you will likely see an increase in velocity/bat speed in as little as one week when using the GFS Trainers in a regular training program. 

How much does the trainer weigh? Can I take it with me on the go?

The trainer is built to last at 21 pounds! You can take the trainer with you on the go on nearly any surface, or bolt it to a mound or the ground in a facility. 

Where can I use the trainer?

The trainer has a piece of foam attached to the underside of the base to allow you to use the trainer indoors or outdoors on any flat surface. If you notice your trainer's grip starting to wear after regular use, you can purchase replacement foam to re-adhere. 

At what age can I start using the trainer for my player(s)?

The GFS Trainers are intended for use at any age. One great feature of the Trainers is that it aids in proper mechanics, so we put our entry-level players on the Trainers to teach the feel of proper mechanics.

Do you have drills so I can learn to use my trainer?

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Processing can take up to 3 business days. We ship all customer orders FedEx Ground or Home Delivery which usually takes between 2-4 days depending on your location. If you are in need of a rush order, please email us at info@groundforcepower.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Who is GFS's shipping provider?

We use FedEx Ground or Home Delivery for all customer orders. If you have a special request, please email us at info@groundforcepower.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

I live outside of the US, but your site doesn't offer shipping service to my country. How do I order?

We ship world wide through UPS ground. If you input an address that is outside of the US, an additional shipping rate will automatically populate in checkout.

I live in Hawaii/Alaska/Canada, what is my shipping cost?

If you are ordering from Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada, you can find your shipping cost by entering your address in the checkout area. 

 

Policies

What is Ground Force Sports return policy?

We always want to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases. If you have purchased a GFS trainer and it did arrive in perfect condition, please reach out to us so we can resolve any issues you may have. Generally, because we see them so rarely, returns are handled on a case by case basis.

What if my GFS Trainer arrives damaged?

If you have received a damaged trainer, we are so sorry! Because the weight of our products some times this happens in transit. Please email us at info@groundforcepower.com so we can start a insurance claim together and replace your trainer.
